Organized Runs

  • Night Trail Runs: Group trail runs are held every Tuesday night at 5:30 PM from various locations each week. To join the group please email trailruns@runharford.com.
  • Track Workouts: Track Workouts: Track workouts for beginners and veteran distance runners are held every Thursday at 6:00 PM at the BAHS track during Daylight Saving Time. Workouts are posted here.
  • Long Distance Runs: The monthly long distance run is a RASAC organized event, but feel free to bring friends or running partners. Each month a route with various distance options is announced with goal of having several pace groups for each run.
  • Races: Sundays at 8:00am (some Saturdays too). Check our schedule under Events for details on upcoming RASAC races and other premium events. Come to race or to enjoy a scenic morning run with fellow members
