DESCRIPTION:Harford Multisport Club!\nSIGN UP HERE — http://www.signupgenius.com/go/409094baea72ca75-2018\n2018 HMC Spring Duathlon \nCome join us for the 7th Annual HMC Spring Duathlon hosted by The Bike Shop of Bel Air.  The duathlon is a 5K run / 17.5 mile bike / 5K run.  We have typically had about 40 participants but it would be nice to hit 50 this year so spread the word. \nNEW THIS YEAR – we are offering a shirt for the race.  The cost of the shirt is $10\, which includes the pay service charge. \nThe Bike Shop will provide facilities along with a Waffle Breakfast. \nTo participate in the race\, HMC and RASAC members are free\, $5 for all others; to be paid on race day. \nRSVP: \nFriday\, April 6th to participate and order a shirt \nFRIDAY\, APRIL 20th to participate only
