SUMMARY:New Year's Day "Perk" Up Run!
DESCRIPTION:**This is the 1st Snowflake Series Race** \nThis run has been proclaimed the “2019 New Year’s Day “Perk” Up Run!” This run will be held in memory of Paul “Perk” Perkovich. All cash and check donations raised from this race\, will go to the C. Milton Wright Booster Club in Paul’s name. \nThis run will be 5 miles on roads (paved and gravel) with water at halfway point and at the start/finish. There is a 1 mile walk option also. \n******\nAgape Physical Therapy will also be at the event. If you have a persistent injury or trouble spot\, stop by and speak with Brian Evans PT\, DPT.  \nBrian is a member of the APTA\, APTA Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Sections. He enjoys working with orthopedic injuries and specifically enjoys treating endurance athletes\, running injuries\, evaluating throwing mechanics\, and utilizing manual therapy techniques. Brian takes great joy in seeing athletes of all ages return to their sports and previous level of ability. \n****Snowflake Series Run**** \n2019 Update- This event is open to the public\, all age groups and abilities. The event is free to all 2019 and Lifetime HCRC members. There is a drop in rate of only $5.00 for non-members (cash or check only- sorry no cards). We ask that you arrive 10 min prior to race start\, because all participants must sign the participation waiver. We are accepting donations as well\, at this run for the “Perk” C. SUMMARY:Eden Mill 5 Miler
DESCRIPTION:5 Mile – Gavel and paved road loop. Either clock wise or counter clock wise. It will be decided that morning\, as I mark the course with yellow plates with black arrows. Each mile will be marked with a yellow plate on a stick.\nSeveral prizes will be handed out after the race is over. This is a January race. If the roads are icy\, I may shorten the distance. This run is conducted on both paved and gravel road. \nWater will be provided at mile 2.5. \nThis is a Snowflake Series Run. \nThis run us free to all 2019 and Life members. There is a drop in fee of $5.00 for all non-members. All participants must sign in the morning of the event.
