TUESDAY TRACK MEET

May 24, 2016 @ 5:30 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday morning track workout:  a small group meets most Tuesday mornings at 5:30 a.m. at the Bel Air High School track for an interval workout.  Workouts are designed for half marathon and marathon training.  Jeff Burger designs and emails the workouts every Monday.  If you are interested, please email Jeff at jeffburger18@gmail.com and he will add you to the email distribution list.
