Quench your curiosity about this Olympic Sport

Bel Air’s CHARM CITY RUN is hosting the area’s first Race Walk Clinic on August 30 at 6:30 pm to provide an overview of this highly aerobic, low-impact sport. Becky Klein will teach techniques and exercises to walk faster. She is a top USA Track & Field Masters Level Race Walk Judge and Level I Coach (Youth to Masters).
