The 5K and 10k courses will begin at Conowingo Park on Route 222 and head out onto the road for an out-and-back loop, finishing back in the park. The majority of the route is on paved roads, with a short stretch at the beginning and end on smooth, crushed gravel. Commemorative race t-shirt and a diabetes awareness drawstring backpack (only guaranteed to participants who register by April 16th).
