A 5 mile loop that starts and finishes at Southampton Middle School parking lot.  Several hills are on Shamrock road, Lee Way and Malkins Way.  Guarantee a great workout.  Water will be provided at City Hall.  Course is road pavement.

Everyone is welcome. The event is free to all 2019 and Lifetime HCRC members. There is a drop in rate of only $5.00 for non-members (cash or check only- sorry no cards). We ask that you arrive 10 min prior to race start, because all participants must sign the participation waiver.
