HCRC will be cleaning a 3 mile stretch of road (both sides of Rt 155) located between the RASAC Adopt A Highway signs.

We will meet at 8:45am at the Churchville Rec Center, 3023 Level Rd, Churchville, MD 21028.

Each volunteer must sign the participation waiver by Feb 22nd.

Please email your completed waiver to president@runharford.com. Children aged 17 and younger must have parental permission and a signed waiver along with a parent on site (must be at least 13 years old to participate).

1. Bring a pair of work gloves for picking up trash
2. If you have a reflective vest, please bring it with you. We were provided with some for the Highway Administration, but will need extras.
3. Wear proper clothing for the weather and hard soled shoes. Avoid exposure to the sun, poisonous plants, and insect nests; long sleeve shirts and long pants are recommended.
4. If you have a student participating who needs service hours, please bring any forms that may need to be signed.
