2018 HMC Spring Duathlon

Come join us for the 7th Annual HMC Spring Duathlon hosted by The Bike Shop of Bel Air. The duathlon is a 5K run / 17.5 mile bike / 5K run. We have typically had about 40 participants but it would be nice to hit 50 this year so spread the word.

NEW THIS YEAR – we are offering a shirt for the race. The cost of the shirt is $10, which includes the pay service charge.

The Bike Shop will provide facilities along with a Waffle Breakfast.

To participate in the race, HMC and RASAC members are free, $5 for all others; to be paid on race day.
