The Harford County Law Enforcement Torch Run starts in Havre de Grace and goes across the county ending at the Baltimore County Line where the Flame of Hope will be transferred to Baltimore County Police.

Remember to get your Torch Run Shirt or hat! Each item cost $15.00 and can be found at the Aberdeen Police Department, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, or the Havre de Grace Police Department.
