Scott Smith Memorial Foundation Run/Walk (run is 4 miles, walk is
whatever you want it to be)  which honors the memory of Scott Smith and
raises money for scholar athletes in Harford county. Race will be held
at 8:00am, starts at the intersection of Broadway and Williams Street,
and then goes down the Ma and Pa trail, loops around the atrium on
Tollgate and heads back to the top of the trail at the Williams Street
entrance. Cost will be $25.00 as entry fee and $15.00 for Harford
high school students, and all participants get a t-shirt. Those high
school students of Harford County participating will earn their school a
portion of the scholarship money which will be divided among those
schools whose students participate in the event. Last year, Bel Air and
Edgewood participated and students from those schools each got a $500
scholarship
