Lower Gunpowder Falls State Park Fallston, MD, United StatesTrail run on the scenic trails in Lower Gunpowder Falls State Park. Directions: Just north of the intersection of Mountain Rd and Harford Rd on RT 152 is the intersection of Mountain RD & Old Fallston. Turn left on Old Fallston Road, then left on Reckord Rd, and right onto Guyton Rd.
