Training

  • Trail Runs– Tuesday evening trail runs held throughout the county.
  • Track Workouts– Thursday speed training sessions.
  • Saturday Runs– Group distance runs on the trails.
    • We need volunteers to lead various pace groups so that we can restart this training run. If you are interested, email president@runharford.com.

Events and Opportunities

  • Snowflake Series– Complete the target number of Sunday Runs and meet the volunteer requirement to earn a premium running gift with our logo.
