Bill Francisco
Set up the Club’s Race schedule for a number of years.
Worked with Premium Race Directors in organizing their races.
Marked many of the courses throughout the county.
He was the club’s interface with the community for many years.
Helped with the Bel Air Town Run organizing volunteers.
Helped with the HAT Run, transporting supplies to Susquehanna State Park and helping at the aid stations.
Supported many of the ultrarunners in their ultras.

Bill Sangtinette
Bill is recognized for his outstanding contribution as a volunteer to HCRC and the running community for over 20 years. Bill has been a star volunteer and supported so many activities, it is impossible to include all of them. He has been the Snow Flake Series Coordinator for 15+ years, directed HCRC club races (e.g., Noble Mills run, Sweet Air Run), parking lot coordinator for the HATRUN, refreshment table helper, and a volunteer at many other events. In his spare time, Bill is an assistant track coach at Harford Tech.
