Bill is recognized for his outstanding contribution as a volunteer to RASAC and the running community for over 20 years. Bill has been a star volunteer and supported so many activities, it is impossible to include all of them. He has been the Snow Flake Series Coordinator for 15+ years, directed RASAC club races (e.g., Noble Mills run, Sweet Air Run), parking lot coordinator for the HATRUN, refreshment table helper, and a volunteer at many other events. In his spare time, Bill is an assistant track coach at Harford Tech.
