The Harford County Running Club (HCRC) is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) members. All Directors shall be elected to serve a two-year term. The Board of Directors has the control and management of the affairs and business of this organization. It carries out the purpose and objectives of the Club, doing so as a representative body of the membership at large. Binding decision of the Board shall only be made in the presence of a quorum of the Directors. The Board of Directors shall have a minimum of four(4) regular meetings each year at times and places determined by the Board.
