Track workouts will start at 6pm in the Bel Air Middle School Parking Lot.
Track workout #15 is Thursday at 6pm at BAHS. It’s going to be 95 degrees so we’re taking it back to Jill’s first track workout done in Miami. Run a mile warm up and cool down; workout 1 minute on 1 minute off 30x – if you need help keeping track eat a fruit snack after every minute on courtesy of Ellen Shephard!
