Training
- Trail Runs – Tuesday evening trail runs held throughout the county.
- Track Workouts – Thursday speed training sessions
- Saturday Runs – Group distance runs on the trails**

- Social Events – Summer picnic; Holiday Social in December
- Scholarship – Annual scholarship opportunities for family memberships with kids heading to college or that are in college
