This Thursday at 6pm is our 6th track workout of the season! Meet at Bel Air Middle School for a 1/2 mile warmup on way to BHS track. Pick your workout!

THE DESCENT
1600, 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 300, 200
w / 400 recovery
(200 recovery after the 300 & 200)

w / 400 recovery
