Track workout will start at 6pm in the Bel Air Middle School Parking Lot.

Track workout #9 is on Thursday at 6:00pm at BHS. Remember when we did 16 x 300? Well we’re going to have fun doing 16 x 200 with 200 recovery! If you want to shorten it go for 8x 200 with 200 recovery.
