Track workouts will start at 6pm in the Bel Air Middle School Parking Lot. Each week we’ll post the planned workout(s) on Monday, so check back!

Track workout #18 is this Thursday, because directions are hard we’ll meet at BAHS, not BAMS at 6pm. We will be doing mile repeats w/800 recovery. This is a good workout for marathon training. Your mile repeats should be race pace. Be sure to warm up and cool down. If parking continues to be a challenge this week as school is back in session, we may start parking at the middle school and running over to the track as warm up
