Track workouts will start at 6pm at the BAHS track. Each week we’ll post the planned workout(s) on Monday, so check back!

Track workout#19 is at 6pm at BAHS. Yasso 800s on deck.
1-2-mile warmup, 6×800-meter repeats at 4-minute pace (4hr marathon) with 400-meter recovery, 1-2-mile cool down.
