The Harford County Running club is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) members. It carries out the purpose and objectives of the Club, doing so as a representative body of the Membership at large. All Directors are elected to serve a two-year term, The term of office commences on January 1 and ends on December 31 of the second year in office.
