This Thursday at 6pm is our 1st track workout of the season and looks fun! Let’s meet at the Lirio parking lot (Ma & Pa overflow) and warm up on our way to the track. Here are the workouts – pick one! If you can’t make it on Thursday and do it solo, tag us and let us know how you do!
