Track workout#7 is brought to you by Marty Angulo who is preparing us for the Bel Air Town Run on Sunday!

5 x 1000 meters (5K Goal Pace)
400- to 600-meter jog between repeats

For those not running BATR or those that can recover well enough race on Sunday. Total time of repeats is the best indicator for a 5K goal time.

6-8 x 200 meters (Sprint Zone)
Run the 200m repeats slightly faster than 5K race pace; 200m jog between
