This Thursday at 6:00PM is our 3rd track workout of the season. Meet at Bel Air Middle and we will warm up on our way to the track at BAHS. Here are the workouts – pick one!
“The Lisa Runsalot”
16 x 300 w/100 recovery
OR
“The Mary Erikson” (because she guessed the riddle)
8 x 300 w/100 recovery
