In 1995 RASAC (now the Harford County Running Club) established an Adopt A Highway partnership with the State. HCRC continues that long standing volunteer tradition today by continuing to support one of our communities.
HCRC cleans a 3 mile stretch of road (both sides of Rt 155) located between the RASAC Adopt A Highway signs several times a year. This section was selected as it was on the way from Bel Air to Susquehanna State Park, home our of HAT Run 50K.
**PLEASE NOTE***
Must be 13 yrs old or older to participate. Children aged 17 and younger must have parental permission and signed waiver along with a parent on site.
