This ~5K will begin at The Mill. Runners will head down Stafford Rd towards Fisherman’s Bridge and drop down onto the Mason Dixon Trail. The run will follow the river on a flat fast trail to the Heritage Greenway turn around. Nice out and back along the River. Runners may repeat the course for a ~10K.
Parking is along Stafford Rd at the Rock Run Mill.
There will be prizes for the top 3 males and females!
